Lately I attended a CBT workshop in NZ and was introduced to "thework". It was written by Byron Kathleen Reid of USA . In "thework" workshop, she designed four questions that can probadly change one's life. The Work of Byron Katie is a way to identify and question the thoughts that cause all of the suffering in the world. It is a way to find peace with yourself and with the world. The old, the young, the sick, the well, the educated, the uneducated—anyone with an open mind can do this Work.

I especially like the part of Turn Around. We always judge on others and seldom think of how other judge on us. Byron Katie's approach brings a new insight to my life.
Happiness can come from many sources, but the strongest and most important source is from within.
